Please allow 1 - 2 business days for the complete processing of your order.

Orders are shipped from our physical retail store in Troy, MI via USPS PRIORITY MAIL, (which generally takes about 2 - 3 business days anywhere in the US).

You should receive your order anywhere between 3 - 5 business days after being placed, but please understand that delays happen and your order may not arrive for a few more days beyond that.

Products marked "ONLINE ONLY" are not available in our physical retail store in Troy, Michigan, and are therefore, shipped separately and directly from our partners.

Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as the order is shipped out.

** All shipping fees are non-refundable.

** If item is returned back to us for an exchange, customer is responsible for the shipping.

** Orders over $300 will be subject to a signature confirmation upon arrival. This is to help prevent package theft.

IN-STORE LOCAL PICKUP

Please give us a call at 248-589-0100 after you place your order to set up a time and date for an in-store pickup during opening hours. Identification must be shown at pickup. If you are planning on sending someone either than yourself to pickup the order, please be sure to let us know in advance. The order is usually ready to be picked up within one hour of it being placed.
