Since we do not cover the return shipping fee, please contact us prior to placing an order if you have any size or fabric questions, as it could help save you time and money for processing an exchange. We do suggest using a tracking feature for any returns as we will not be held liable for any lost packages shipped back to us.
Once we receive your returns, we will email you a gift card code to apply towards another purchase. Please note...Only one exchange is allowed per transaction. Once an order is paid for via gift card code, it will be deemed as a "FINAL SALE" order.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, free from any stains and odors, and must have tags still attached.

Orders are shipped from our physical retail store in Troy, MI via USPS PRIORITY MAIL, (which generally takes about 2 - 3 business days anywhere in the US).
You should receive your order anywhere between 3 - 5 business days after being placed, but please understand that delays happen and your order may not arrive for a few more days beyond that.
Products marked "ONLINE ONLY" are not available in our physical retail store in Troy, Michigan, and are therefore, shipped separately and directly from our partners.
Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as the order is shipped out.

IN-STORE LOCAL PICKUP
Please give us a call at 248-589-0100 after you place your order to set up a time and date for an in-store pickup during opening hours. Identification must be shown at pickup. If you are planning on sending someone either than yourself to pickup the order, please be sure to let us know in advance. The order is usually ready to be picked up within one hour of it being placed.
